
Scope: Slingshot Biosciences is a biotech innovator transforming cell-based applications through robust, scalable, and reproducible cell mimics. In 2024, the company initiated a comprehensive brand refresh to accelerate scaling efforts and optimize its market position for expanded customer acquisition and funding opportunities.
Scope: Over a nine-month partnership, I led a strategic brand and logo evolution—formally integrating “Biosciences” into the visual identity. Working in lockstep with the Marketing and Product teams, we utilized a phased approach to overhaul every touchpoint of the customer journey, ensuring consistency from initial awareness to final conversion.
Results: The project delivered a cohesive visual ecosystem, including a revamped sales strategy, a modernized trade show experience, and a full website redesign. These efforts provided the Slingshot team with a high-performance toolkit, empowering them to execute sophisticated brand marketing and aggressive sales plays with confidence.
